1 · Who we are

Sonoran Sims, LLC (“Sonoran Sims,” “we”) is a mobile simulator-rental company based in Tempe, Arizona, serving the Phoenix Valley. These terms govern every booking made through sonoransims.com or directly with us.

2 · Booking & payment

A booking is confirmed when your 30% deposit (minimum $100) is paid through Stripe at checkout. The remaining balance is due on the event day, by card or cash, before or at setup completion. All prices are published on this site; the total shown at checkout is recomputed on our servers from the same published prices — what you see is what you’re charged.

Local delivery, setup, calibration, session hosting basics, and pack-out within our Phoenix Valley service area are included in every published price.

3 · Your window

Half-day bookings include up to 4 hours of run time; full-day bookings up to 8; weekend home rentals run Friday evening to Monday morning. Our setup and teardown time is on us and doesn’t consume your window. Extensions on the day are subject to availability and current published rates.

4 · What we need from you

Roughly a 5×7 ft footprint and a standard 120V outlet per rig, indoors or in a shaded/covered space;
Reasonable access for load-in (we coordinate elevators, stairs, and venue rules in advance);
An adult (18+) on site for the duration of the event, and adult supervision for guests under 18;
Venue permission where applicable (offices, HOAs, event spaces — we provide a COI on request, see Insurance).

5 · Equipment care

Our crew operates, monitors, and maintains the equipment throughout staffed events. You’re responsible for damage caused by negligence, misuse, or intentional acts by you or your guests (spilled drinks into electronics and dropped wheelbases are the classics). Normal wear is on us. For weekend home rentals, care instructions are provided at drop-off and the same standard applies.

6 · Weather & rescheduling

Summarized here, detailed on the Cancellation & Weather page: reschedules are free with 7+ days’ notice; weather-driven moves (extreme heat, monsoon, storms) are free at any time; cancellations 7+ days out receive a full deposit refund.

7 · Safety & conduct

Racing simulators are physical experiences. Guests race at their own risk, should take breaks if they feel discomfort, and must follow crew instructions. We may pause or end a session, without refund, if equipment or people are being endangered (this has never happened — keep the streak alive).

8 · Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, Sonoran Sims’ total liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9 · The boring essentials
