Privacy policy
The whole policy in one line: we collect what a booking needs, Stripe handles your card, and we don’t sell data. Details below.

1 · What we collect
- Booking details — name, email/phone, event date, city, rig selection, and event type, because we need them to deliver rigs to you;
- Consignment inquiries — your contact info and equipment description;
- Payments — handled entirely by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers; we receive only confirmation, amount, and a reference ID;
- Analytics — anonymized page metrics (Vercel Analytics, and Google Analytics with IP anonymization if enabled) to understand what’s working. No advertising trackers.
2 · How we use it
To run your booking (confirmations, arrival logistics, reminders, receipts), to respond to inquiries, and to improve the site. Transactional email only — no marketing lists unless you explicitly opt in to one, and none exists today.
3 · What we never do
We don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We don’t run third-party ad trackers. We share data only with the services that operate the business — Stripe (payments), our email provider (confirmations), Google Calendar (scheduling), and Airtable (booking records) — each bound by their own security terms.
4 · Retention & your rights
Booking records are kept for accounting and warranty purposes. Want your data corrected or deleted? Email jay@sonoransims.com and we’ll handle it within 30 days, subject to records we’re legally required to keep.
5 · Cookies
The site itself sets no marketing cookies. Stripe sets cookies necessary for secure checkout, and analytics may use anonymized identifiers. That’s it.
6 · Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date above changes with it. Questions: jay@sonoransims.com.
