Reschedules

• 7+ days before your event: free, unlimited — move the date, adjust rigs, change the venue city;
• Inside 7 days: one free date change, then a $50 change fee for further moves within the same booking;
• Weather-driven moves: free at any time — see below.

Cancellations

• 7+ days before your event: full deposit refund to your original payment method, no questions;
• Inside 7 days: your deposit converts to a booking credit valid 12 months — we’d rather race later than argue;
• No-show / same-day cancellation: deposit is forfeited (our crew and calendar were committed to you);
• If we cancel for any reason other than your breach of the terms: full refund of everything paid, immediately.

The Arizona weather promise

Outdoor and semi-outdoor events get special treatment because we live here too:

• If an extreme-heat advisory, monsoon, dust storm, or rain threatens your outdoor setup, we’ll move the grid indoors (garage, great room, covered space) at no charge — most venues have a Plan B and our rigs make the move in minutes;
• If there’s no viable indoor option, rescheduling is free regardless of notice — same rigs, new date, zero fees;
• You never lose a deposit to weather. Ever.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method, typically appearing in 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Credits are tracked by booking ID and applied at checkout on your next date.
