Insurance & COI
Fully insured, certificate on request. If your building, venue, or HOA needs paperwork before we roll in — that’s a two-day turnaround, not a problem.

Our coverage
Sonoran Sims, LLC carries commercial general liability insurance covering our operations at your home, office, or venue, plus coverage on our equipment (including consigned rigs in our care — owners never carry that risk). Coverage details and limits are stated on the certificate we issue for your event.
Getting a COI
- Book your date, then email jay@sonoransims.com with your venue’s COI requirements (most venues have a standard form or a sample certificate);
- We return a certificate — including additional-insured language where required — within two business days;
- There’s no charge for certificates. Buildings, HOAs, schools, breweries, event spaces: all routine.
What venues usually ask
Property managers typically want proof of general liability and the venue named as additional insured for the event date. Both are standard for us. If your venue has unusual requirements, send them over before booking and we’ll confirm fit first — we’d rather say yes accurately.
Guest responsibility
Our insurance covers our operations and equipment. Damage caused by guest negligence or misuse is the client’s responsibility, per the terms of service. In four words: don’t pour beer on it.
