Exactly what the site says: Starter $175 / $299, Pro $299 / $499, Motion $449 / $799 (half / full day). Weekend home rentals start at $399. Every rig after the first is 10% off, VR headsets are +$50 per rig, and a staffed host is +$125 (included free with Motion). Free local delivery, setup, calibration, and pack-out are folded in — there is no delivery fee, fuel surcharge, or “travel line item.” The live total in the booking form is the number Stripe charges.

The whole window: a half day is up to 4 hours of racing, a full day is up to 8, and a weekend rental runs Friday evening to Monday morning. Unlimited laps — we sell the window, not 10-minute sessions. Setup and teardown happen on our clock, outside your window.

No — that’s the point of coming to you. The rigs are yours for the whole window, so there’s no public queue like a lounge or arcade. For bigger groups, add rigs (each after the first is 10% off, up to 12) and we run live head-to-head brackets so the whole room races, not watches. A staffed host keeps rotations moving at big events.

Roughly a 5×7 ft footprint per rig and one standard 120V outlet per rig or two. Garages, living rooms, conference rooms, patios, and event spaces all work; rigs break down to fit standard doorways and elevators. We bring floor protection, cable management, and all hardware.

We build for Arizona. Indoor and climate-aware setups are the default, evening windows are encouraged in summer, and shaded/covered outdoor setups are fine outside heat advisories. No headset required — our default is triple-screen racing, which most guests find completely comfortable. VR is an optional add-on for crews that want it, and on Motion rigs the platform intensity adjusts per driver, from gentle to full send. Sensitive guests can race the same bracket on screens while others run VR.

Pro-grade: direct-drive force-feedback wheelbases (the technology esports teams train on), load-cell brake pedals you genuinely have to lean on, triple wraparound screens, and an optional full-motion platform. Every rig is calibrated and test-driven before your event, and we carry backup hardware so a glitch never ends the party.

Reserve online in about two minutes: pick rigs, date, and add-ons, then pay a 30% deposit (minimum $100) through Stripe — card details never touch our servers. The balance is due on event day, card or cash. Your confirmation email restates the total, deposit paid, and balance so there are zero surprises.

Plans change — especially in Arizona. Reschedules are free with 7+ days’ notice, weather moves are free anytime, and cancellations 7+ days out get a full deposit refund. Inside 7 days, your deposit converts to a credit good for 12 months. Full policy on the cancellation page.

We recommend 8 and up. Seats, wheels, and pedals adjust between drivers in seconds, force feedback scales down for young racers, and the host add-on means someone patient is coaching first-timers all session. Adults must supervise kids’ events.
